TERRITORY: London and South-East England
PRODUCTS: Laboratory Equipment and Consumables
CLIENTS: Universities, Research, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Laboratories

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strong relationships with exisiting customers and develop new business opportunities to meet region revenue target, via face to face meetings, email communication and utilising promotional/marketing material.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting in your region via the company sales tools.
Monitor individual performance and liaise with with Line Manager to put action plans in place where necessary
Interaction with wider commercial team to ensure company strategy is achieved via inter-divisional communication and cooperation.
Ensure correct focus given to Key Accounts in the region and categorise accounts.
Develop leads and opportunities for the wider commercial sales team and participate in regular meetings to review and share customer and market information.
Identify all decision makers and influencers in each of your accounts, major future market developments, projects and tenders in the territory.
Maintain excellent market knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Science-based degree, with a life science bias.
In depth knowledge of laboratory products.
Relevant sales experience in a similar market environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to work corss divisionally, excellent communication and organisational skills.
