A world leader in the field of in vitro diagnostics for clinical and industrial applications are currently recruiting for a Field Application Specialist - Microbiology in Sweden and Norway.

Present in more than 150 countries through 42 subsidiaries and a large network of distributors this company provide diagnostic solutions that improve patient health and ensure consumer safety. The corporate headquarters is in France.

The overall objective is to be a part of the Industry team responsible for customer satisfaction and customer relationships in the NORDIC countries acting as a permanent contact to them and to represent the connection between Local and Global for all kind of customer interactions and internal quality processes.

Support Nordic Customer Support Centre for customer calls relating to Industry product application and technical issues, register the calls according to procedures in place, initiate immediate troubleshooting, identify corrective or preventative actions and co-ordinate the necessary actions with the local teams and global support.

Make sure the customer is informed of actions taken in response to their call, that feedback is recorded and the complaint is closed.

Visit Industry customers on a regular basis according to the target number of visits per year defined during appraisal.

Identify affected Industry customers for FCA/MAR/PSS and provide their contact information to Customer support AS team.

Plan and perform training for new customers.

Help plan and participate in Industry Customer User Symposiums, Trade Shows, etc.

Support the Nordic Sales Manager Industry with development of departmental tools used for Customer Support or Training.


Minimum of BSc in Microbiology or similar education
Technical and computer skills
High level of communication skills
Customer and solution orientated thinking
