Multi-Channel Project Manager


-Co-develop and maintain MCM customer engagement plans with brand managers, ensuring that these are aligned with Regional and Global Multi Channel Marketing Strategy.

-Manage the timely delivery of messages and content per the customer engagement and content plans, including hands-on interaction with brand content, approval processes and readiness of selected channels.

-Advise and consult brand teams on innovative best-practices and opportunities for reaching customers through multi-channel programs.

-Apply industry best-practices and new opportunities to further improve local processes.

-Develop relevant KPI's to monitor qualitative and quantitative metrics, with brand teams per channel and campaign.

-Locally own and manage the digital platforms, IT systems and customer data that support the digital channels employed by the UK and Ireland e.g. Email, Web, Video Text, Social, Video Platforms.

-Develop MCM and Customer 360 degree insight reporting, that allows the business to improve the customer experience (right channel, right content for the right customer at the right time) and to develop future customer journeys.

-Identify commercial opportunities and remove barriers preventing future success of digital and multi-channel programs.

-Champion and support the company culture "to embrace digitalization", by sharing expertise and success stories across other business units. Deliver internal training and digital education days to further support a belief to further invest in MCM.
