Covering the following locations: Brighton, Guildford, Portsmouth, Tonbridge

Clinical Network Representative

Territory: Kent, Surrey and Sussex

Products: Enbrel

Reports to: Sales Manager

Implementation of agreed brand strategy
o High degree of in call effectiveness with different customer types in secondary care
o Delivery of agreed actions and metrics from LHEPs
o Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities of the business in the evolving NHS

Customer Relations
o Manage advocacy and local KOL opinion to influence national and regional business.
o Utilisation of appropriate XF team colleagues to deliver value to customers to drive positive
business outcomes
o Insights and understanding or our customers 'world' and the opportunities and challenges this
presents for our brands
LHEP planning and implementation
o Working as part of a local XF team, provide insights and inputs into the actions necessary to
deliver required brand metrics in LHEP.
o Interpreting LHEP actions and priorities into personal objectives and milestones
o Demonstration of business acumen in identifying local opportunities and challenges
o Demonstrating innovative and bold solutions to LHEP challenges
o Feedback of relevant market intelligence to LHEP and wider XF teams.
Adapting to change
o Proactively implement/update of individual development plans.
o Ownership of individual performance against required metrics both of the role and within the
LHEP.
o Flexibility to change and evolve your CNR deliverables in line with the needs of the local and
wider business challenges
Process Management
o Meeting the required standards for capturing customer interactions and opinion
o Adherence to all compliance standards and appropriate use of ABACAS
o Meeting required standards of admin for all other company processes eg. Expenses, P2L
Company Equipment/Materials
o Maintain any company equipment in CNR care.

Person Profile

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Effective selling skills
• 'A' Level or 'Higher' in science subjects and ideally a Life Science Degree
• In-depth promoted product knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Company information systems.
• ABPI qualification.
• Ideally relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry prior to becoming an CNR
• Computer literate – e.g. Email /WORD/ Excel /C-view/ ABACAS
• Effective working knowledge of primary and secondary care NHS structures and relevant
customer types.
• Essential to be based in territory
