With a comprehensive range of toothpaste's, brushes, mouthwashes and denture care products, GSK is one of the 2 leading oral car manufacturers in the country. GlaxoSmithKline enjoys a strong relationship with the Dental Profession. The Dental Detailing Team consists of Dental Territory Managers who are responsible for calling on Dental professionals to detail, educate and drive sales of the GSK oral care portfolio.

We will offer new recruits a thorough training and induction programme to give them the skills and experience necessary to be successful in this role. The Dental Territory Manager will need to be mobile within their defined territory but would not be expected to move regularly between territories.

To achieve set sales and detailing targets for the specific territory. To include achievement of distribution, NPD and mechanising targets.
? To develop excellent customer relationships in order to maintain a high call rates with Dental Professionals.
? To complete Company reports and records to ensure effective territory management in line with Company standards and within set time frames.
? To focus on the development of business within dental practises to increase growth on territory.
? To manage and deliver professional presentations to practice groups and at a professional meetings
? To achieving a high awareness of the reception of cycle materials from the dental profession and reporting back to Head Office.
? Develop good knowledge of competitor brands to proactively contribute to brand strategy planning
? DTM is required to attend meetings, conferences and training courses that will require time spent away from home.
? Work with the area manager to develop and follow a personal development plan and training goals to be achieved.

Job Package

Basic salary negotiable.
Bonus scheme

Seeking an individual with commerical sales experience, from any discipline but must be able to demostrate selling to professionals.
