The purpose of the marketing manager role is help define and then faultlessly execute the strategic and tactical marketing plans for all of the modalities within the business unit.
The marketing manager will support the entire business, dividing their time as needed to deliver the marketing plans. This role will work very closely with the other Marketing Manager role, and on occasions there will cross over within some customer groups. Collaborative working on these campaigns will be important if maximum efficiencies are to be gained from a modest but flexible marketing budget.
This role will also lead the marketing activities for private patients, working with the private patients business development manager to create strategic campaigns and tactical collateral to attract new contracts, and increase volumes from existing referrers.
This is a practical marketing job and the role holder will be expected to develop new and innovative ways of tactically delivering against the strategy in a measurable, outcome focussed way.
The role holder will help shape and deliver strategic marketing campaigns and the collateral that is needed to implement these.
