JOB TITLE: Interim Marketing Manager, Aesthetics (New Product Launch) Possible opportunity to go permanent

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: Hertfordshire offices

KEY RESULT AREAS & MAIN DUTIES:
This position is responsible for managing the brand marketing of the company's new product launch in UK & Ireland. The role encompasses four key areas:

1. Brand Marketing
2. Meetings and Congress Support
3. Social Media

This will include the following;

Brand Marketing:
- To develop a deep understanding of both the company's corporate strategy for aesthetics and of the local market (UK & Ireland) dynamics and needs, and through gaining such insights, ensure all brand marketing investments remain aligned and impactful
- To develop, maintain and implement the Aesthetics Business Unit annual brand plans (including working with the headquarters marketing team to contribute to the global strategic and tactical plans for the brand)
- To work closely with sales management and the sales team to develop (and deliver) timely campaigns which engage both staff and customers

Meetings and Congress Support:
- To work with the Commercial Strategy Director, Aesthetics to optimise the delivery of the company's Aesthetics Partnership Program Conferences and other major standalone or syndicated congress events
- Close alignment with sales management to ensure the highest quality delegates attend to optimise the RoI opportunity

Social Media:
- To manage the delivery of a sustained, topical and relevant social media campaign to support the company's brand and to drive patient footfall into target clinics
- Ensure that all social media traffic (from the company) is compliant and aligned to the company's Values

General:
- To work as part of the Senior Management Team on strategy development and ensure alignment of local plans with the strategic direction of the organisation
- Manage regular, communications with all relevant internal and external customers necessary to ensure that marketing plans are being implemented and are working as planned
- Responsibility for managing the Marketing Department budget within agreed company
limits and proposing corrective action to rectify any deficits against budget
- Maintain a good understanding of relevant competitor marketing and promotional activities so that appropriate counter tactics can be developed where appropriate
- To manage, develop and retain the Marketing team
- To attract talented and motivated staff to join the team
- Health & Safety - take personal responsibility for compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation
- Such other duties as the Management may from time to time reasonably require
