Job Package
- Life Assurance - via flex and automatically 8X salary but can go up to 10X
and as low as 1X salary

Person Profile
" Detailed understanding of the dental market, particularly the clinical and procurement infrastructure and processes within the region
" Business/economic/science academic background
" Distinguished track record of exceeding targets in a healthcare sales or similar business model environment
" Management of complex relationship and stakeholder groups
" Dental Corporate accounts understanding
" Dental Industry knowledge
" Word/Excel intermediate
" CRM experience
" Report writing
" Able to travel overnight for up to 2 nights per week, mobile, driving License
Personal Attributes:
" Bright & tenacious
" Financially and commercially aware e.g. understand P&L, fixed costs, margin, Business and sales analysis etc.
" Robust mental arithmetic.
" Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
