PRODUCTS - Coloplast Stoma Care products.

CLIENTS - Stoma Care Nurses and key decision makers for Ostomy products.

REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager

KEY PURPOSE: Increase sales and visit key contacts

- Meets or exceed selling quotas/ targets by engaging all targeted accounts as well as developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
- Ensures timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments
- Demonstrates listen and respond selling skills to uncover customer needs and creates a compelling reason for customer to purchase, regardless of contractual constraints
- Plans and documents daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, and utilize the CRM tool for the management of information, including expense management
- Utilize all available tools to maximize sales growth including, but not limited to, Group - Purchase Organization and Independent Distributors Network contracts, marketing directives, sales reports and educational materials
- Executes on Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP)
- Knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume in each targeted account
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge
Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organization to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand
- Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization
