JOB TITLE: NHS Partnership Manager

LOCATION:

ROLE: You will be accountable for driving sales and market share growth in the local health economy. You will play an active role in identifying and managing your accounts and engage the wider local team to work collaboratively for the brand. You will have the freedom to recommend and take opportunities to develop your business and be responsible for promotion to key NHS influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and agree robust regional account plans in line with strategic business plan developed in conjunction with Regional Business Leader to grow and exceed sales targets
- Identify key stakeholders influential in developing policy, guidelines, clinical and health economic advice for clinicians, in line with commercial objectives
- Ensure an optimum environment for the prescribing of Coloplast products ensuring patients have appropriate access to Coloplast products and services. This includes formulary inclusion and uptake in both primary and secondary care and ensuring agreed funding flows are in place
- Sell the Coloplast Chronic Care offering into the NHS at Commissioning, Procurement, and Director/Senior Management level. The Coloplast Chronic Care offering consists of products, services and IT solutions
- To identify opportunities for business growth e.g. new projects or added value services that would grow market or secure commitment to Coloplast products.
- Tailor brand propositions to support the development of customer-focused solutions.
- Ensure that NHS, product & market knowledge are kept up to date
- Develop and maintain exceptional understanding of national/local policy with ability to influence and shape local total health economy
- Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organisation to adapt tools and strategies to the market demand.
- Effectively implement sales direction and strategic business development within selected accounts
- Communicates and aligns with locally appropriate sales teams championing the Customer Business Unit model, as well as ensuring strong HQ communication and alignment with internal Customers, in particular Customer Care, ComEx and Marketing
- Understands and utilizes consultative sales model.
- Ensure provision of accurate and regular reports to capture progress in prioritised accounts
