Paying around £65k, this role requires a well-connected brand communications lead (SAD/ASD), with a background in integrated communications. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning and creative idea generation for this innovative, luxury consumer technology client, as well as lead and manage complex events with multiple partners.

H+K's technology practice has ambitious plans to become the strongest and most successful sector amongst our competitors within the next three years. Their 25-people strong technology team work with a range of global, high profile brands and following an exciting new business win, they are looking to recruit a dynamic Integrated Comms Director with strong consumer brand experience to help lead integrated communications programmes for this new global technology client as they transition from a technology company to a
lifestyle brand.

- Take responsibility for independently managing the client relationship, with accountability for the development and management of campaigns across all publishing channels (traditional
and social, earned, owned, shared and paid
- Provide counsel with confidence and professionalism on communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, digital and social media plans and content strategies
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, adding value to client relationships and helping clients achieve their business objectives
- Deliver recommendations on the type of content to produce and the appropriate publishing channels
- Oversee quality control of all their content, ensure all content is of the highest quality in relation to the brief, acting as core line of approval before being shared externally
- Collaborate closely with client lead to develop influencer engagement plans and ensure influencer activity is aligned, integrated and relevant; identify, build relationships and collaborate with key bloggers and influencers to achieve overall client objectives and
- Provide a strong supporting role in the financial profitability of your client portfolio, overseeing budget monitoring, revenue forecasting and planning, client budgets and fee negotiation to ensure correct level of profitability
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills to encourage a high performing and highly motivated team, with strong team management experience

Job Package

Around £65k, depending on experience + Benefits package

Person Profile

- Extensive integrated consumer brand experience (specifically on brands such as Facebook, Spotify, Nintendo, Sonos, Twitter or similar), with the ability to lead and drive some of the industry’s high profile, most complex and disruptive consumer technology clients
- The market expertise and network connections to provide intelligent strategic counsel to clients
- Creative approach
- Strong strategic planning, highly organised and efficient
- Agency experience desired but not essential
- Excellent working knowledge of digital channels/ social media platforms and how they can be used to generate, host and engage audiences with creative content
- Strong track record of building successful senior level client relationships
- Ambition, drive, and commitment to great results
