JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
Key accounts - NHS, Wholsalers & Private Accounts
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for selling Coloplast Wound Care offering including products, services and solutions, into the NHS, Wholesalers & Private Accounts. The BDM will report to the Regional Manager. Sales targets are set in relation to the number of territories that the BDM works in alignment with. The BDM will have responsibility for the strategic working of appointed key accounts within the are he/she is responsible for. Sales results will be based on sales growth, market share growth and / or campaign targets.
Sell the Coloplast Wound Care offering into the NHS at the Director, Procurement, Senior Management & Senior Clinician levels and Wholesalers & Private Accounts. (The Coloplast Wound Care offering consists of products, wound care advisory, IT solutions, and other services)
Manage all ONPOS accounts to drive growth - including generating and distributing usage reports to TMs and customers to initiate discussions and change behaviours
Drive key actions with TMs within ONPOS accounts
Provide training and coaching to the team around ONPOS and NHS changes relevant at a local level (e.g. CCG structures, hubs etc)?
Actively work with TM's on driving Key Acute Accounts to grow formulary listings and ultimately sales
Implement initiatives to drive formulary compliance or inclusions in identified Key Accounts
Conduct account analysis to identify business opportunities
Build strong relations with key stakeholders
Stay on top of developments within NHS to ensure Coloplast continues to develop a competitive offering
Stay abreast of changes within reimbursement and practice guidelines.
Provide feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organization to adapt tools and strategies to the market demand.
