JOB TITLE: Territory Manager

TERRITORY:

PRODUCTS: Woundcare - Biatain (foam) and full advanced woundcare portfolio

CLIENTS: Hospitals and Community markets (District Nurses, TVN's)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

ROLE:
This role is working within our Wound Care Division covering the following areas
• To drive sales and market share by building relationships with NHS personnel and customers and delivering high performance through STAR (our IT based intelligence system).
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through driving own performance
• Grow product portfolio in both primary and secondary care sectors
• Implement sales and marketing campaigns
• Develop business plans for the territory in order to achieve maximum results
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in order to deliver on agreed results
• Liaise with key NHS customers across various departments to negotiate continued and increased product usage
• Accurately analyse a broad range of data to drive the territory strategy
• Promote a 'one company mindset' both internally and externally
• 'Listen and respond' to deliver high performance
• Support and embrace the company initiative for constant improvement
• Demonstrate the Coloplast mission, values and leadership competencies
• Support the Global Agenda
