ROLE: Training Manager
REMIT: National (Home Based)
Externally - Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants
Internally - Sales Representatives
TRAINING SUBJECTS: Pharmacy best practice, Industry updates and information
To help develop and deliver a multi-format training program which encompasses both skills and category based training that makes a difference to pharmacies in UK & Ireland.
To facilitate a nation-wide educational program which is memorable and engaging.
To train and develop the in-house field sales in clinical knowledge in support of their sales roles.
To help develop innovative training and sales tools that support the field sales force in the roles.
Develop an industry wide professional network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
1. Work with the Head of Training to build a comprehensive 5 year strategic plan for training within the pharmacy channel.
2. Support in the design and delivery the award winning Omega Pharma UK Evening Seminar Program.
3. Ensure that all Pharmacy Business Development Managers are trained on all Omega categories with supporting clinical training.
4. Develop good business relationships with Omega H/O team to ensure that training is well represented at all business levels within this high profile company role.
