To manage, evaluate and develop the Charter brand strategy ensuring it operates with competitive advantages to be the leading home deliver company in the UK.

To constantly drive the Charter proposition ensuring the service offering remains ahead of the competition and delivers great customer experiences
Liaise with market research agencies, internal / external analysis teams to keep track of market dynamics, customer satisfaction and business performance
To work with the business area Market Managers to create and implement the HCP campaigns
Create engaging consumer marketing campaigns both on and offline to attract new consumers from community. Scope, execute, and analyse campaigns, and review/share results with relevant stakeholders
To create retention strategies and campaigns to ensure growth in customer numbers and revenue
Manage the content of the customer communications
Work with the Online Media Manager to influence the content and online offering of Charter.co.uk
To work with Data & Analytics Teams, both locally and globally, to ensure the accuracy of customer data and to provide effective reporting for the UK
To work with the Online Marketing Manager and the Education and Events Team to represent the Charter brand
Work alongside the Distribution and Customer Care Teams to ensure the integration and alignment of all service offerings
To effectively work with and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Perform other duties which may reasonably be assigned by your line manager

Person Profile

Essential
Experience of creating B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Experience within a similar role, with a proven track record of being able to attract new customers via a variety of different mediums
Experience of working with campaign management tools and managing Google advertising word campaigns
Proven ability to present data/data analysis in an accessible way to non- technical stakeholders/audiences
Experience of planning, developing and implementing direct marketing and digital marketing campaigns
Experience of managing direct marketing schedules
Ability to demonstrate creative and copywriting skills
Computer literate with a full understanding of MS office, but also with the ability to learn and utilise new software packages

Desirable
Professional Marketing Qualifications
Experienced using the campaign management software Eloqua
Proven project and account management skills
Experience of Media and data/list planning
Print and mailing fulfilment expertise


A natural communicator with the ability to develop succinct and appropriate messages both written and verbally.
Able to work assertively as and when required, with strong influencing skills
Able to effectively work with, and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies
Results focused, with the ability to remain calm and retain control when managing high workloads and dealing with multiple projects
Able to work using own initiative, with the ability to work as part of a team as and when required
