ROLE: Training Manager

REMIT: National (Home Based)

OBJECTIVE AND REQPONSIBILITIES:
To continue with their mission to 'Make a Difference', Omega Pharma will require an impactful Training Manager to create and deliver a clear and compelling message to Pharmacists across the UK. Working closely with the Pharmacy Training & Development Manager, this individual will champion the company's newly launched Roadshow, to empower Pharmacies to confidently take on the requirements of the new GPhC inspection model. Internal Training will also be a part of this role, to ensure The Sales Team are up to speed with Omega Pharma's new technology and brand innovations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivery of Training to 5000 Pharmacy Professionals per year
- Development of Training materials
- Project management
- Effective communication with Pharmacy Business Development Managers to deliver a consistent message to customers
