Internal Sales Representative

Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Reports to (position): Sales Director - Dental EMEA

Division Medical and Dental EMEA

Location UK Office - Fleet - Surrey

Products: Imaging, operatory equipment, instrument processing and sterilisation equipment.

Purpose of the position

- Internal Sales to existing and new EMEA Distribution customers
- Maximise business via close liaison with External Regional Sales Managers
- Tender submittal, quotations and follow-up to maximize business
- Customer Services work as required to support business goals and priorities

Principal responsibilities

Production of quotations to support the Sales Process to existing and new distribution customers
Follow up of quotations and closing of orders working to collective targets and budgets
Close liaison with external Regional Sales Managers to maximise business. Internal based support but in-frequent travel to key customers may be required
Completion of tender documents to support distribution
Support Customer Services activities as required ensuring a close process from quotation to order entry
Follow up of Midmark promotions to monitor distribution reaction and maximise business
Support annual Nett Promoter Score evaluation
Provide general administration, sales, customer services activities as the business needs require
