Senior Brand Manager
Territory: Head Office - Loughborough
Working hours will be 38 per week - 8.30 am to 5 pm Mondays to Thursdays, 8.30 am to 3 pm Fridays. 30 minutes lunch break.
Products: Full Woundcare Range
Role: To ensure achievement of the strategic goals of the business through management of the key elements of the marketing mix and commercialisation of the marketing plan
To act as the UK representative on the Corporate Innovation Team
Responsibilities
To manage the key elements of the marketing mix for the product portfolio
To develop, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, the annual budget and the middle term plan for the bandage range of products
To manage the promotional budget for the Urgo Medical product portfolio
To implement the company strategy in terms of introduction of products into the marketplace
To assist in the launch of new products
To develop promotional marketing tools for both community and hospitals
To deliver product training during Initial Training Courses for Sales Executives
To provide support in the organisation of national exhibitions
To liaise with Corporate HQ in Dijon to assess new product/concept opportunities
To support the Corporate Innovation Team in Dijon
To gather market intelligence
To lead the organisation of UK symposiums
Job Package
10% of salary bonus potential per annum, based on achievement against objectives
Person Profile
The person must have a marketing qualification or at least 3 years' working knowledge of marketing techniques
The ability to analyse data and market information
Proven motivational and project management skills
Aptitude for time management and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
The person must be willing to travel and spend periods of time away from home
