Account Manager
JOB TITLE: Account Manager
TERRITORY: South London / South East
PRODUCTS: Range of capital equipment: radiography & mammography imaging equipment.
CLIENTS: Hospitals - Radiographers
ROLE: Sell range of Fujifilm DR/CR modalities medical and imaging products. Maintain existing business and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
1. Sales
Achieve Quarterly and Annual sales targets.
Develop existing and new business opportunities.
Keep customers updated on all new products and technical literature folders.
Monitor sales performance - monthly, quarterly and annually.
2. Tenders
Carry out pre-tender research with customers and assist with tender and bid process as directed by NSM and Tenders Coordinator.
3. Reporting
Completion of all activities in CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Undertake reports as required by NSM.
4. Account
Monitor customer systems and carry out QA analysis as Management required.
Personally investigate any problems and see process through.
5. Administration
Completion of all activity into Salesforce.com.
Produce and update annual strategic business plan and an active sales pipeline.
Monitor and keep expenses within agreed budget, ensuring all claims are submitted monthly.
Complete monthly mileage forms and submit with receipts for approval.
Key relationships
INTERNAL
Liaison with NSM, General Manager as well as Product and Marketing Managers.
Liaison with technical support teams on all technical problems and enquiries.
Liaison with Project Managers re sales and installs
EXTERNAL
Business Managers, Consultants, Radiology Managers, Superintendent Radiographers, OEMs, Procurement and Finance Directors, Chief Executives.
