Customer Relations Management Associate

This position is to provide system management across the UK & Ireland

Overall Purpose of the Role
To be the first point of contact for all system related queries from the field
To triage all system queries and provide update as required
To personally resolve as many queries as possible (this will require the person to be trained on Veeva to a level that enables them to advise on basic functions such as logging calls and meetings and to resolve issues such as logins/passwords etc. efficiently)
To work with Business Intelligence Manager and Headquarters team prior to launch of any system changes and improvements, designing the process flow for dealing with queries and ensure functionality for UK
Working with the suppliers, users and the Head of Sales / Marketing to ensure the CRM and customer database are set-up and operating as required and in-line with on-going strategy.
Manage the set-up and running of the CRM system

Person Specification:
Essential -experience with using CRM systems and producing reports based on them
Ability to work on own initiative, within boundaries.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications - especially excel and Powerpoint
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills - especially a good and patient telephone manner.

Flexibility of working within a team and able to work independently in a proactive working style.
Support market Insight team projects when required
Align with the Business Intelligence Manager on all CRM functionality
To manage the supply of information from the CRM system
Support the team to ensure that call reporting is compliant with the ABPI code
Management of the relationship with the chosen supplier of customer database(s) and target lists to ensure the scope and service is as required
Administrative support related to including raising of PO's and tracking of invoices and expenditure
