Paying £30k-£35k plus benefits, the operations manager at Chameleon is a pivotal role to the success and culture of the company. While the team brings in new business and services clients, the operations manager provides the essential financial and operational platform that allows them to do so: managing billing, contracts, systems, IT and tools.

You will ideally have experience of working within a PR/Media agency, with a corporate client base, whilst be driven to ensure that the business operations are the best they can be and truly be the beating heart of the company.

With experience in supporting a professional services business model, you will have experience in managing an office, working with the accountants on debtors, invoicing and cash flow as well as HR process and policy.

Chameleon uses Google for email and data storage. It still retains physical back-up servers run by a second supplier. The operations manager is also prepared to research and learn about new services available focussing on what the benefits are to Chameleon in order to make recommendations to the senior management team.

From a recruitment perspective, you are one of the main points of contact for recruiters and with a clear understanding of our hiring requirements and our story, share CVs with the management team for review.
