Title: Clinical Nurse Advisor (12 month rolling contract)

Location: Southern Region

Travel: Yes

Products: Peri-operative (Infection Prevention) -Drapes & Gowns

Reports into the Clinical Nurse Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop an effective relationship with existing 3M customers

Clinical support and training for 3M customers in the peri-operative arena

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the peri-operative portfolio. Presenting & discussing features and benefits with confidence/authority. Be seen as the draping expert for our customers

Liaise with 3M sales colleagues on appropriate, local support requirements for relevant accounts

Educate customers on clinical and cost-effective use of 3M single-use products

To follow through and consistently improve practical draping skills for customers and colleagues

Support key education programmes around the 3M Infection Prevention Solutions Provider strategy

Keep up to date with relevant developments in the NHS

Conduct him/herself in a manner that consistently earns the trust & respect of all colleagues, customers and other stakeholders

Team player with boundaryless behaviour. Demonstrating personal and business ethics in every activity

Complete necessary tasks to achieve efficient completion of Siebel CRM with support of relevant colleagues
