They have become one of the leaders in pain control and are passionately committed to the understanding and treatment of chronic pain along with development in oncology and respiratory.

An opportunity has become available for a Key Account Manager to drive sales within the Pain Division. Working across the Health Economy you will work in a true Key Account Management style to influence and engage stakeholders within the NHS.

We would like to hear from successful Account Managers who can demonstrate high levels of strategic business planning to ensure product acceptance at all levels.


ROLE:

In line with all relevant guidelines, Charter, Brand and Market Access Strategies:
- Drive designated pain product business through an account management approach to achieve targets using selling models, processes and resources as appropriate.
- Deliver account plan objectives and identify short and long term growth opportunities which will create a positive prescribing environment for designated pain products.
- Create and maintain key account plans based on business needs and customer knowledge/relationships

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- Advanced level of clinical knowledge to ensure the ability to engage and challenge across all customer levels
- Proactive and innovative; can identify creative solutions.
- Ability to work or advise sales teams on Formulary process to achieve positive outcomes at Joint Formulary Committees (across primary and secondary care)
- Able to represent the Company at NHS forums.
- Demonstrating effective ROI short and long term.
- Demonstrable project management skills including utilising internal and external available resources
- Can engage with the customer at all levels according to their needs - Proven ability to build new and effective customer relationships
- Understands and can challenge customer needs to deliver in the long term.
- Self motivated, demonstrates initiative
