EU Marketing Manager
Position Title: EU Marketing Manager - Womens Health
Reports to: Executive Director, European Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for leading the international organization in the marketing and product management of the Cepheid Women's Health and Sexual Health test portfolio.
Accountabilities:
- Aggressively market and manage the Women's Health products for the Region
- Drive the successful launch of new Women's Health and Sexual Health tests
- Lead the development of the International Women's Health and Sexual Health tests markets
- Achieve budget for all associated products
- Manage budget and forecast for associated products
- Prepare and implement an International marketing plan for all associated products
- Actively participate in the development of the International marketing strategy and plan
- Deliver monthly reports, and quarterly marketing plan updates
- Develop and communicate key messages, value propositions, marketing programmes, and sales tools for associated products
- Train sales force on optimal usage of marketing and sales tools
- Regularly Travel with sales representatives on sales calls to understand customer issues and front line challenges to successful selling of associated products, coach on how to best implement and overcome challenges, develop sales tools and program to address these needs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing on visits.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with Cepheid global and country marketing teams as well as Distributors
- Co-ordinate activities with Cepheid global and country marketing, Cepheid country sales, Cepheid International European management and International Distributors
- Responsible for Market Knowledge, reporting government policies, own activities, follow up of action plans, competition activities and customer's needs.
- Represents "customer voice" within Cepheid organisation / Acquires Customer Insight.
- Promotes meetings and initiatives with Key Opinion Leaders, taking opportunities for leveraging Product Portfolio.
- Work on Distribution Channel Strategies.
- Establish Country/ Action Plans priorities, based on Return on Investment
