TITLE: Brand Manager x 2


PRODUCTS: Asthetics - 1x Fillers and 1x Toxins

Working for the Aesthetic Department, and reporting to the Marketing Manager Aesethic's you are responsible for the local implementation of the global aesthetic marketing plan for either toxin or fillers. You work in close collaboration with sales and medical for product portfolio management in the aesthetics business on developing, prioritizing and implementing marketing activities in the aethetics markets, and tracking and maximizing market share performances.
You support area managers with appropriate promotional and educational materials, congress organization, KOLs managements, management of mature products, and new product launch development.
You closely work in collaboration with Area Manager to identify and validate new product launch opportunities, and then to be the interface with all internal departments to implement new product launch process, especially MTO, Regulatory Affairs and Markets.
You key missions are the following:
" Implement across the aesthetic markets the strategic product guidelines
" Interface with internal department to implement new product launch processese, especially MTO, Regulatory Affairs and Market access
" Support Area Managers in shaping the market, assessing, promoting and monitoring demand with disciplined tracking of KPIs
" Implement product strategy/positioning, including pricing and reimbursement recommendation and packaging Artwork specifications for key brands
" Develop and implement communication and promotional campaigns, as per the world-wide marketing/branding recommendations
" Develop and implement product detailing strategy, including promotional material
" Organize International Workshops, Congresses, Roundtables, Symposia or Expert Board according to the communication strategy
" Produce and analyse market data, identify and track industry market trends
" Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, train distributors on products and campaigns
" Monitor campaigns implementation by distributors
" Manage the relationship with key advertising and communication agencies
" Manage relationship with opinion leaders and dermatologists community to support the product, in co-operation with Medical / Regulatory team
" Propose local Post Marketing Study (PMS) plans
" Identify and analyze customer needs and market opportunities
" Prepare assigned product line objectives and development schedules for the 5 year Long Term Plan (LTP)
" Ensure competitive intelligence
" Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Job Package

Person Profile

" University Degree in science (biology, pharmacy, medicine) desirable
" Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
" Marketing background
Work Experience:
" Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing in healthcare industry or in the Aesthetic sales industry) . Experience in sales preferable
" Good knowledge of healthcare system
" International work experience
" Business acumen / commercial awareness
" Business planning and organizational skills
" Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
" Excellent communication skills at least in English
