National Account Manager
TERRITORY: Great Britain
PRODUCTS: TENA range (incontinence)
CLIENTS: Care home groups and distributors
REPORTS TO: Business Unit Manager.
Overview
To increase TENA’s net sales, market share and profitability in our major group care home sector supplied via distributors in the UK. To grow TENA’s product listings and availability through this channel. To push for sales of our Modern Products range into the care homes belonging to major groups adopting the TENA services approach.
Main Tasks
• Responsible for managing existing accounts (distributors and care home groups) on a day to day basis with support and involvement from other departments
• Responsible for developing and winning new business to ensure sales targets are met
• Responsible for development and implementation of promotional activities and account plans (KA approach where appropriate)
• Manage pricing, rebates and profitability levels in agreement with Sales Director within specified accounts
• To establish and influence a network of decision makers within this area
• Cascade distributor and care home intelligence to Sales Management and Marketing team
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure that the appropriate marketing campaigns are conducted to support Channel Development and individual accounts
