Regional Business Manager

TITLE: Regional Business Manager

TERRITORY: North East, Northern Ireland and Scotland

THERAPY AREA: Rheumatoid Arthritis



Managing the region within budget, you will recruit, develop and train high calibre individuals to achieve optimal team performance and ensure compliance at all times.

To be considered for this role, you will need a science degree and demonstrate line management success of first line sales and market access teams within a specialised hospital environment.

Person Profile

With an in-depth knowledge of the ABPI code, you will show effective performance management in line with Roche principles to ensure delivery of a high performing team.

You will be able to demonstrate strong account management, budgetary control and advanced coaching and training experience and be proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
