Field Based - Sales Executive / Sales Representative
Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager
Calling on Orthodontists, Dental Practices and Hospitals
Representative will be expected to spend 4 days on the road and 1 day at home to book appointments per week.
Selling - Orthodontic material
This position is for an established Territory Associates (TA) who will be the primary owner of all sales in a defined geographical territory for all TP Orthodontics products in order to meet sales forecast and sales objectives. The Territory Associate (TA) maintains active account management in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). This position will coordinate with several departments within company in handling product orders and customer service requests.
Duties and Responsibilities

" Proactively (telephone) manage assigned accounts to maximize sales and reach sales objectives
" Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling, add-on-sales, and portfolio selling
" Maintain high value customers with service requested, order tracking, and following up on account concerns
" Execute sales and marketing programs
" Maintain active customer files in CRM
" Input data in CRM
" Receive calls from customers and provide appropriate customer service
" Introduce and sell products into new accounts
" Develop current territories into manageable outside representation
" Provide technical information as needed to customers
" Communicate with management the needs of the customer
" Manage time effectively
" Meet personal goals
" Work effectively with other members of the sales, customer service, and marketing team
" Follow company policies and procedures
" Present a professional image at all times to customers
" Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter capable of winning new business on a professional level.
At least 2 years successful field sales experience is required as a minimum, preferably in the medical sector, however, this is not essential.
The ability to retain technical information and relay this in a clear and concise manor is essential and will need to be demonstrated at interview level.
GCSE's at C grade and above in English Maths and Science are essential and A Levels are preferred.
Computer Literacy to a good level -excel, word and PowerPoint will be used daily and it is essential that any candidate is proficient in all of these areas.
