* Responsible for the identification, planning and execution of defined sales strategies in key target centres to convert competitor biologics and biomaterial business to Biomet products.
* Define and lead the divisional biologics and biomaterials sales strategy and, in conjunction with the divisional manager, be responsible for the identification and acquisition of key accounts and customers.
* Work, in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers, you will also be responsible for the leadership of the Area Sales Managers, in matters pertinent to the biologics and biomaterials business. In conjunction with the training department these individuals will ensure that all Area Sales Managers are technically able to sell and support the focus biologics and biomaterials brands and are competent in the theatre environment with this product range.

Person Profile

- Must possess extensive knowledge of the orthopaedic market within UK & general.
- NHS/Private health care sector experience
- Strong track record of sales achievement, ideally in orthopaedics
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
