Title: Thrombosis Team Administrator
Location: Hurley, Berkshire
Reporting to: Thrombosis Director UK and Ireland
To work as an integral member of the Thrombosis Team supporting the Thrombosis UK/IE Strategy and the understanding for the need to work towards the achievement of the Thrombosis team objectives.
To provide administrative and personal assistance to support the Thrombosis Director UK//IE in all aspects of the role.
To provide administrative and organisational support to the Thrombosis Field and Management Teams
The Thrombosis Team Administrator to be recognised by all internal and external stakeholders as the contact person managing all administrative support for the UK field and UK/IE management personnel in the Thrombosis UK/IE division.

" Excellent organisation and administrative skills
" Advanced level of computer literacy required or in-depth knowledge and efficiency in all Microsoft packages
" Experience in the management of Sales and Marketing Quality Management System
" Minimum 3-5 years administration experience in a sales and marketing environment to include experience as PA or team executive
" Conscientious, methodical, adaptable and self-motivated
" Personable with excellent communication skills
" Ability to work proactively and independently
" Ability to take responsibility assigned within position and work efficiently and effectively
" Ability to take direction from direct and indirect reports
" Ability to take iinitiative when required
