Urology Account Manager

Territory: Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire & Arran and Dumfries & Galloway

Products: Urology - New Product Launch

Purpose of Position:
- To drive product usage and achieve sales targets in the local health economy across the territory
- To own all accounts across the territory
- To shape policy decisions in accounts through dialogue with the network of commissioners,
provider management and key decision making clinicians
- To drive the implementation of marketing strategies across the territory

Core Tasks, Responsibilities & Authority:
- Responsible for the development of Astellas urology business within the accounts
- To achieve the sales targets of the accounts through securing local funding, inclusion of Astellas products on formulary, changes to protocol and service redesign (including changes to care pathway) by interaction with but not limited to the following customers:

- Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) leads
- Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) medicines management
- Urologists who are key to account decision making Hospital management
- Hospital pharmacists who are key to account decision making
- Managing contacts with commissioning opinion leaders and developing advocates for speaker meetings
