Person Profile

Essential
o 10 years field sales experience
o Experience dealing directly with CCG's (Clinical Commissioning Groups) & PCT's
o Background in medical supplies preferable - dressings / Single use instruments / medical disposables / medical equipment
o Driven self-starter
o An effective influencer and communicator
o A collaborative team based approach to delivering results.
o Results orientated
o Strong customer focus
o Project management
o Analytical, numerate with sound commercial judgment
Desirable
o Working in the medical device industry with an existing PCT/CCG customer network
o Background in medical supplies such as equipment, dressings or single use instruments
o Understanding of Healthcare financial & regulatory frameworks
o Basic understanding of key medical equipment product groups
