Job Description:

A demonstrable knowledge and understanding of NHS & Private Hospital sector dynamics in the UK.
Sound track record of sales achievement and understanding of result-oriented methodologies within the sales force. Knowledge of ArjoHuntleigh solutions will be a distinct advantage.
Ability to engage with clients at senior levels and assess their operational and strategic needs with strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent leadership and change management expertise required to inspire, coach, mentor and motivate the sales teams to achieve sustainable results, develop and monitoring business plans.
Foster collaboration with in the various functions of ArjoHuntleigh and enable communication and knowledge sharing.
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Job Package

Bonus paid: Quarterly, in arrears
OTE on Bonus 18k PA

Person Profile

Sales management experience and expertise - essential
