Job Package

Competitive salary
20% bonus - quarterly then a company bonus

Person Profile

Commercial Knowledge - To demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge of the marketplace, commercial and financial awareness in order to achieve business objectives and develop future strategies.
Product Knowledge - To demonstrate sufficient knowledge of Alliance Healthcare products and services as required within the role. To understand the strengths and weaknesses of the competitions offering and how to satisfy customer needs with the Features and Benefits of the Alliance Healthcare product range.
Personal Qualities - Demonstrates enthusiasm, determination and a commitment to excellence. Constantly strives for self - improvement by taking every opportunity to learn from experience. The ideal candidate must be highly organised and can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
A level standard
Previous sales experience ideally within Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
Basic understanding of customer motivational needs
Commercially aware
Able to demonstrate judgement, initiative, decision making, analysis and creative problem solving
Good reporting and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
