Seize this exciting new opportunity to specialise in providing coaching, training, and development to our employees who work in the field.

This is a real hands-on role; reporting to the Senior Field Development Specialist (Oncology). You will be spending around 70 per cent of your time out in the field working with individuals and teams to identify their training needs and implement solutions in partnership with line managers to meet those needs. Your region will be the Southern territory.

You will work closely with brand aligned FLMs, Business Leaders, Marketing teams and other cross functional business partners to utilize your observations on skill set, product knowledge and business opportunities, and proactively propose effective business solutions to meet these challenges.

This role also includes working very closely with the relevant ITC specialists to ensure a joined up approach to the development of the customer facing teams, as well as the effective induction of new recruits in field.
