3 Technical Support Positions currently available:

Head Office based in Toulouse, France

1) HBDC High Burden and Developing Countries,Internal reference for recurring issues affecting developing countries (Product specialist for tuberculosis diagnostic reagents)

2) Instrumentation, Product specialist for hardware and software, including network interfacing LIS)

3) Product specialist for several lines of reagents

Role Overview

Hotline support (primary activity)
Triage incoming requests from end-users and distributors across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia
Provide Technical Support for products to customers and field sales
Document all support activities into the database

Hands-on support (secondary activity)
Run demonstrations in our in-house laboratory
Maintain our in-house technical support laboratory and contained instruments
In-house laboratory experiments to test protocols

Technical support for the sales and marketing teams (secondary activity)
