Person Profile

Experience required:

o Previous experience of management of external suppliers
o Experience of development of data sources to support territory analysis and planning
o Project management experience managing full life cycle delivery of projects within a programme framework
o Knowledge of pharma industry including familiarity of sales channels and customer base
o Excellent IT skills, particularly manipulation of XL databases
o Knowledge of database methodology, applications and structure
o Experience of manipulating different data sources into information to support decision making
o Broad understanding of industry data sources e.g. IMS data e.g. RSA, (sub national) HPAI (Hosptial Audits) etc and HES IGovernment source of hospital data)
o Ability to manage a range of stakeholders both UK & global.
o Ability to facilitate and manage multiple stakeholders identifying and delivering the key requirements and decisions
