Person Profile

Experience and qualifications
" A life science degree
" One or two years of agency experience or two to three years in the industry as a sales representative

Key Skills
" Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relations both internally and externally
" Self motivated
" Understanding of client needs on designated accounts
" Quickly understand and adhere to all internal processes and systems
" Good organisational and project management skills
" Ability to multi-task and work well under tight time constraints
" Good attention to detail
" Flexibility to travel
" Ability to work in a team
" Flexible and positive mental attitude
" Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
" Good PC skills included Word, PowerPoint and Excel
" Good track record of effective project management
" Good understanding of the role and an ability to manage key projects with minimal input from more senior agency personnel
