" Manage the day-to-day co-ordination and administration of designated projects and client accounts under the direction of the Director, Client Services / Senior Account Director
" Execute the effective delivery of projects and programmes

Reports to: Senior Account Director/Director, Client Services
Roles and responsibilities
" Principal client contact on day-to-day administrative and logistical issues on designated accounts
" Understand needs and requirements of each project being undertaken on designated accounts
" Attend key client briefs and participate in the briefing of projects into the agency
" Working with colleagues to review content of projects to ensure they meet the approved brief
" Follows ApotheCom ScopeMedical processes for designated projects including the preparation and circulation of; contact reports, status reports, schedules and invoices
" Opening and tracking of jobs using Rebus, the internal project management system
" Develop and track schedules & ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
" Alert senior account handlers if projects appear to be going off schedule or budget
" Manage the tracking of job bags between all internal ApotheCom ScopeMedical departments
" Organising and keeping an up to date and accurate email filing system
" Attend appropriate client meetings congresses and exhibitions as required

Person Profile

Experience and qualifications
" A life science degree
" 1-2 years agency or industry experience preferable in a project management/events role

" Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relations both internally and externally
" Self motivated
" Understanding of client needs on designated accounts
" Quickly understand and adhere to all internal processes and systems
" Good organisational and project management skills
" Ability to multi-task and work well under tight time constraints

" Flexibility to travel
" Ability to work in a team
" Flexible and positive mental attitude
" Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
" Good PC skills included Word, PowerPoint and Excel
