Track record of delivering business results in a theatre based, medical device market
The ability to credibly lead and influence a sales team to higher levels of sales performance is paramount.
Ability to coach & develop individuals
Educated to a degree standard
High levels of numeracy, analysis, business planning and organisational ability are also required
