Account Director
Position: Account Director (Warwickshire or London)
Overview of Role:
Our client is one of the world's leading consumer insight and advisory agencies and part of a renowned international group. The Healthcare Practice is the fastest growing part of the business with an ambitious growth strategy for 2011 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Find opportunities to meet relevant prospects, accesses relevant decision makers and uncovers the Client's 'Central Question ; consistently and credibly operates at the senior client level
* Direct and manage a high volume of client work, typically working with 2-4 clients
* Responsible for the delivery of high quality standards across all client interactions, ensuring compelling delivery of insights.
* Forge strong relationships so that MB is the key agency partner in developing client brands and strategy.
* Inputs into, reviews and signs off the research design; draws on wider offer experts internally & externally and delivers innovative research solutions
* Fully competent in specifying sophisticated data outputs ; fuses & manipulates internal & external data & learning to create insights and the 'Central Answer'
* Acts as a Trusted Advisor to our clients; receives regular contact from clients and relevant agencies for expert advice on marketing issues, helping them to make decisions
* Manages and develops Project Directors and Account Insight Managers and acts as an highly inspirational role model
* Contributes to the expansion of the healthcare across the globe (specifically Europe and North America)
* Uses knowledge and experience to further develop our research offer (tools & techniques)

* 2.1 Degree minimum
* Industry or Product Knowledge Required
* Experienced Market Research Professional
* Extensive Healthcare/Pharma Market Research experience - Rx essential
* Global market research experience
* Network of Healthcare/Pharma contacts
* In-depth knowledge of commercial healthcare industry
* Excellent understanding of the structure, language and protocols of the Healthcare industry
Skills / Abilities Required:
* Communicates and networks effectively
* Relates to others in a confident and relaxed manner
* Takes control and exercises leadership
* Initiates action and takes responsibility
* Fluent in English
Desirable Experience but not essential
