Location: Slough
For one of UK's largest TV Advertisers
For the most successful market innovator in the sector - with 40% of sales over three years coming from new products
On No 1 or No 2 brands in all our primary markets including - Veet, Finish, Cillit Bang, Dettol, Harpic, Airwick, Mr Sheen, Vanish, E45, Clearasil
The largest OTC healthcare company in the UK with brands like Nurofen, Lemsip and Gaviscon
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
Develop multi-level relationships with the account
Lead, direct, control & manage the development of direct report(s)
Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts).

Person Profile
" Sales background, with major account management experience gained in FMCG markets within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment
" Currently working at National Account Manager level - additional cross-functional experience an advantage
" Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum
" Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
" Confident and capable of operating at all levels
" Good team player
" Strong influencing / negotiation expertise
