Person Profile
Experience
Qualified Nurse/midwife with some nursing experience preferred
Pharmaceutical industry or NHS Management Experience
Demonstrated selling and influencing skills with NHS customers, whilst putting patients at the core
ABPI medical representative examination and excellent understanding of the ABPI guidelines
Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, ethics and professionalism in own work
Proven track record in key account/project management within an NHS environment
Very familiar with the secondary care environment with demonstrated Local and National NHS knowledge
Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas, knowledge/experience of RA strongly preferred
Demonstrates detailed product/competitor knowledge
Evidence of competent and enthusiastic team work, preferably with training/coaching experience
Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to include Hospital Specialists, Healthcare Partnership Manager and Medical to achieve objectives and contribute to strategic plans for the Immunology franchise.
Experienced in business planning and business case development
Able to identify opportunities and convert them into robust action plans
Knowledge of clinical trial design and pharmaco-economics an advantage
Full driving license and able to travel within territory as required
