Business Analytics Manager
Title: Business Analytics Manager (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME)
A vacancy has arisen for a Business Analytics Manager reporting to the Head of Business Analytics within the UK Business Intelligence Team. This is a 12 month contract position.
Location: Head Office, Buckinghamshire
The Role
Within Janssen, Business Intelligence is a core function supporting strategic planning, marketing and sales. The Business Analytics Manager will support the Marketing and Sales teams by delivering analysis and reporting that provides both insight and clarity, and informs key business decisions. The scope of the role covers reporting and analytical support for marketing planning and sales forecasting for a range of promoted and pipeline products as well as sales force analytics. Within the Business Intelligence Team you will work alongside Market Research Managers who commission primary market research.

Key Responsibilities
" Deliver reports, dashboards and analysis to support Marketing & Sales teams, through the audit cycle of planning, monitoring of implementation, evaluation & re-alignment
" Develop epidemiological patient models and sales forecasts
" Analysis of secondary data and field intelligence to assist with the identification and segmentation of target customers & accounts
" Use mapping software to develop and make adjustments to sales force & territory structures
" Monitoring and analysis of Sales Force Effectiveness metrics
" Calculation of sales targets and maintenance of sales and bonus leagues
" Undertake ad-hoc analysis as required to answer business questions, providing insight and support for decisions
" Drive and promote CRM best practice and CRM analytics
" Work with Market Research colleagues to provide integrated analysis combining primary and secondary data
" Ensure the use of data is fully compliant with relevant codes of practice and SOPs

Person Profile
Proven track record in a Business Intelligence / Analytics role within the pharmaceutical sector
" Experience with key data sources such as IMS, Cegedim and CRM data
" Excellent MS Office skills particularly excel
" Strong analytical and problem solving skills
" Proven ability in forecasting
" Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely and accurate manner
" Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team
" Strong influencing skills
" Excellent communication skills
