Tasks: Development of realistic but stretching business volume budgets Ensure consistent achievement of volume targets cumulatively and for individual product lines Maintenance andor increase in Market Share to national average or better Price realisation at or above agreed gross margin targets through coaching of the sales team high bid quality and personal negotiation High level of customer satisfaction including conflict resolution resulting in repeat business Staff coaching and development leading to a highly motivated and skilled sales team
Goals/Mission: This post is a key position involving the management of the sales organisation for MED Imaging covering the state region of the UK with overall responsibility for account development and customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience
Knowledge & experience of ultrasound equipment
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Experience of teaching in a clinical setting and the confidence to present to groups of people.
Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team.
Effective planning and organisational skills
Flexibility regarding travel throughout the UK and spending time away from home.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will be Senior Sonographers currently working on a full time basis with ultrasound equipment.
