Sales Specialist
ROLE: Sales Specialist
TERRITORY:
PRODUCTS: 2x Therapy Areas - 1 - Critical Care / 2 - Pelvic Floor products
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Take ownership for develop relationships with the key clients - decision makers and KOLs within SHAs
- Achieve set sales targets and activity objectives
- Effectively plan and organise territory
- Formulate daily and weekly plans to achieve individual and business objectives
- Maintain and develop product knowledge for company and competitor companies.
- Assist in the organisation of exhibitions and attend.
Job Package
Competitive Basic salary

£15 per month contribution to broadband, paid into salary

Holiday:
0 - 2 years service 24 Days
2-5 years service 26 days
5 years service or more 30 days
£4 lunch allowance when visiting customers
Company Credit Card
Bonus structure:
Quarterly
Up to £1000 for achievement of Quarterly Objectives
£1000 for achievement of sales target, plus 5% of net sales value over target. Targets agreed quarterly
Half Yearly
Customer retention bonus of £1000 for ensuring no lost business
This gives an OTE bonus of £8k pa - with an opportunity to earn more if sales targets are exceeded.
Person Profile
Lifescience, Economics, Nursing or Law graduate calibre candidate
Sales experience in a healthcare discipline
Strong communicator
Able to demonstrate sales achievment
Flexible, able to travel, stay away from home once a week
Motivated, enthusiastic character, lots of initiative. Very willing to learn and develop.
