On Site Manager
Serve as the primary on-site asset management program resource for the client, providing day-to-day management, administrative support and technical guidance to meet the objectives of the Thermo Asset Management Services program (achieving high customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided, achieving program profitability targets and working with the client and sales to identify program expansion opportunities).

Person Profile
May be a service engineer coming off the road, may be a lab manager used to co-ordinating service engineers. Open to other profiles that could undertake the role.
1/ HNC/Degree in an Engineering or Scientific Discipline
2/ Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Laboratories, Healthcare or Facilities
3/ Field service experience (technical) or strong service knowledge
- Customer Management Skills
- Business Acumen skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated with a strong bias for action/execution (a proven track record of actions and results that demonstrate initiative)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Analytical skills (interpretation, problem solving, etc.)
- Continuous improvement skills with strong evidence of a process orientation
- Minimal direct supervision required
- Enthusiastic/Positive attitude
- Ability to travel
- Solid PC skills and ability to effectively use Windows based software
- Supervision experience preferred
- Experienced at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals
- Experienced in driving customer allegiance and growing existing customer base
