Territory Manager

TERRITORY: Scotland and North East

PRODUCTS: Products for Sleep medicine and Obstructive sleep apnea - CPAP devices, noninvasive ventilation, masks, humidifiers, screening, data management.

CLIENTS: Hospitals, sleep centres / clinics

Responsibilities & Accountability:
" Drives and achieves targeted sales growth in the designated territory. Meets and exceed sales budgets.
" Strategically manages customer accounts; develops and maintains account plans which identify customer requirements, Key Opinion Leaders, opportunities, threats; identifies objectives and actions.
" Maximises the value of ResMed products and services for our customers.
" Regularly updates "" CRM database to ensure that relevant customer and market information is accurately recorded so that it can be shared with sales and marketing colleagues
" Monitors competitor products and activities
" Develops positive and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders on which sales results are built.
" Works closely with marketing and commercial colleagues to identify new business opportunities and alternate sales channels.
" Liaises wir Operations in relation to demo and loan stock
" Attends conferences and exhibitions as required to support the promotion of ResMed products and services

Job Objective: To manage all aspects of ResMed sales activity in the designated territory. To aggressively drive sales growth; to build successful, long-term relationships with customers and other key stakeholders; to ensure that ResMed is represented in a way which reflects an ethical, successful medical industry leader in its field.

Person Profile

Pref. 5-6 years sales experience within medical devices (respiratory preferable)
OR someone with exceptional clinical or technical experience with demonstrated aptitude for sales/business.
