Managaging a team of 4-5 RBM's.
Competitive basic salary, 20% bonus, Car allowance £550 per month.
Experienced second line manager ideally.
1 stage - informal interview with Sales Director and HR Manager
2nd stage - Assessment Centre
3rd stage - Meeting with MD
