Sales Executive

TERRITORY: Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Walsall

REPORTING TO: Divisional Sales Manager

PRODUCTS: Capital equipment within: Patient Handling - Hoists, Frames & Patient Lifting equipment

CLIENTS:Hospitals & Residential Homes

JOB PURPOSE: To maximise business opportunities and customer retention within a designated area or customer base in line with company policies and procedures.

Job Package

OTE £40k Plus (£40k really is a minimum there is no cap on the upper limit)

Commission structure
On joining - Due to training 1st month - no commission, 2nd and 3rd Month 1% of all sales
Thereafter -
0.5% of first 50% of quarterly individual target
3.5% from 1st 50-100% of quarterly target
7.5% of monthly target to get product bonus

Person Profile

Experience of selling capital equipment preferable
Must have proven sales skills within the medical industry.
Candidate must live on territory

Able to communicate effectively, in writing, face to face and over the telephone with clients, colleagues and the general public.
Ability to organize and prioritise own work.
Probing, negotiating and closing skills

1st Interview 1:1
2nd Interview - assessment centre
psychometric test and presentation on selling
